Rape Aggression Defense Course

The course conducted by FSU Police Department is called "RAD," Rape Aggression Defense. It also teaches defense against abduction. FSU Police Department says it has been around for 20 years and it's one of the best defense classes in the nation.

Lieutenant Terri S. Brown, a training coordinator at FSUPD, said, "It's taught in the United States and Canada. I've put my family through it. I think that every woman should take this course starting at the age of probably 12 or 13 they should have this course and I think we'd have a lot less victims."

The best part about the class is it's held right at FSU more than once a semester and FSU PD says it's free.
