Residents' Reactions on Hilton as Prime Suspect
Leon County investigators are waiting on Georgia authorities to conduct their initial investigation of Emerson's murder, before they use evidence in the Dunlap case. We asked some of you in the community your thoughts on Gary Hilton being named the prime suspect in Leon County.
Bob MacDonald, a Tallahassee resident said, "Well it's good that they have a suspect because we've had a lot of cases around the country and especially in Florida where people have been out running, jogging, hiking, and the next thing you know they're missing and days later they're found murdered."
Another Tallahassee resident, Andy Borom said, "It's a wonderful step and I certainly hope it proves to be the case. I know there's a lot of people around town who are very concerned especially women who live alone are extremely worried, wondering the streets."
