Public Guardians helps those with disabilities such as Alzheimer's and other mental health issues that keep them from doing day to day duties. The Office of Public Guardians says they only need 302 dollars more a year for each of their clients. For 140, that's 30 thousand dollars. Our own Frank Ranicky was at the dinner to put on a show as his alter ego as a musician.
