The edgy game, Grand Theft Auto Four is rated mature with all of its explicit content. Some gamers are calling it revolutionary. Grand Theft Auto IV is hitting stores and high estimates predict it could sell 9.5 million copies in one week.
Jason Bennett, a Grand Theft Auto fan said, "It's like, pretty much the best game that ever came out. That's what I think."
Shane Wetherby, a Best Buy manager said, "The graphics are amazing, it's huge. It's three times as big as the one that was on the PlayStation two and it's just Grand Theft Auto, that's all you need to know. It's the fourth installment. Every single one has been revolutionary and this one is no exception."
In addition to it's revolutionary attributes, buyers have to be 17 years of age for the game's harsh nature. With features such as partial nudity, bloody violence, and even use of drugs and alcohol.
Gamestop Manager, Nick Lento said, "It's really not intended for anyone under 17. You can really do whatever you want to do in this game. You think about it, you can do it."
And many are thinking they have to have this game. One local retailer reported nearly 800 people interested in purchasing Grand Theft Auto before the game its release.
