Stamp Out Hunger

The sixteenth annual drive aims to fill America's food banks --and it's still not too late to help. Local organizers say they have collected 54,641pounds of food. The capital area is one of ten thousand communities collecting food. The local number is lower than last year's--so organizers are still looking for donations. If you would like to contribute, America's 2nd Harvest is taking donations at 4016 NW Passage off of Capital Circle Road NW.
