The rain is coming down in sheets, but one man in Tallahassee is actually looking forward to some flooded roads. Mike Vaughn is taking his amphibious car, also known as amphicar, around town this weekend to put it to good use.

The fully restored car, or boat, from the 60's has propellers and Vaughn says it can do about 8 knots on the water and he is ready to play in the rain. "I'm actually waiting for an event like this to where we got a little flooding. It adds to a little more real estate of places that I can drive my car...I mean boat." said Vaughn.

If you happened to be flooded somewhere--Vaughn says his car is a part of his limousine service and he'll pick you up.
