The life of one of Fay's victims is remembered--a Talquin Electric worker who was killed by a live power line during the storm. Curtis King, an experienced lineman for Talquin, was killed last Friday. Hundreds of family, friends, and co-workers were on hand as he was laid to rest Tuesday afternoon. King's service was held at the Thomas Memorial Baptist Church in Quincy.

Many of his co-workers at Talquin electric were there. King's daughter Kendall sang for her father and friends told stories of what a great man Curtis King was. And they say that is how they will always remember him.

Grant Hignight, the Pastor with the church said, "They know it's going to be different everyday. It's not going to be the same, so it's a difficult journey, but they know God's going to see them through the journey."

King worked for Talquin Electric for seven years. And during the service, King's partner at work even talked about what a joy it was to be on the power truck with him everyday. And for both family and friends, they say it's their good memories and good faith that will help
them get through this.
