Tallahassee is looking for nominees for the Regional Airport's Aviation Wall of Fame. The wall is in the Aviation Museum in the observatory of the airport. The wall currently features honorees like Ivan Monroe, manager of the first airport in Tallahassee and Dale Mabry, namesake for the airport that preceded the Tallahassee Regional Airport. The deadline for nominations is Friday, October 31 at 4:30 p.m. The individual or group must meet at least one of the following requirements:
-Received at least one award recognizing their respective contribution to aviation history (i.e. decorated war heroes, etc.)
-Has authored a significant work that contributes to aviation education (i.e. book, video, movie, manuscript, etc.)
-Has made other contributions to aviation.
