FSU Professor Retires

Dr. Jerry Osteryoung first arrived at FSU in the 70's. During his time there, he served as a contributing columnist for Florida Trend Magazine--a publication for businesses and policy makers. In addition, Osteryoung worked with FSU's Jim Moran Institute helping small businesses and students succeed in entrepreneurship.

"I can't describe how wonderful it is to help people and know that their successful because you've given them a little bit of help and it's a wonderful feeling knowing that your life has made difference and that's what I wake up everyday and feel." said Dr. Osteryoung.

Athough Dr. Osteryoung is retiring, he says he will continue to write for Florida Trend Magazine and pursue other interests.
