Since 1908--Gertrude Otto has been celebrating a lifetime of good health and good times. At Heritage Oaks, all of Gertrude's friends--who call her "Gigi" attended her one-hundredth birthday, including her great grand children.
She says she enjoys cooking and all the inventions she's seen over the years, especially those for the kitchen. And she looked back on her life Monday with fond memories of years gone by.
"I've really had a very, very happy successful life, I think. And that's why I think everything has gone so well for me. Traveled a lot, lived abroad a lot." said Gigi.
Among her birthday gifts--Gertrude was given a proclamation from Governor Charlie Crist for turning one-hundred.
