Several calls made to 911 emergency dispatch captures the shocking moments just after a plane crashed into a south side neighborhood two miles from the Tallahassee Regional Airport. The plane crashed last Thursday. Below is just one of several calls made to dispatch. We'll have more tonight on Eyewitness News at eleven.
Caller 1: "A plane just crashed on Blue Jay Road, a small plane...A plane just crashed on Blue Jay Drive!"
Dispatcher: "Sir, what's the location?"
Caller 1: "Yes, a plane just crashed!
Dispatcher: "Can you see them? Do you see anybody?"
Caller 1: "Two people in the plane, someone in the car! I think the person in the car and the people in the plane are dead! Damn!...We need an ambulance bad!...Should I move the person in the car?"
Dispatcher: "They're on their way."
