Workers were hoisted high in the air Monday setting up wreaths along the city lights for this Saturday's festivities.

The Winter Festival will turn downtown Tallahassee into a Winter Wonderland with fun for the whole family.

There will be food, arts and crafts, a 3K run and a parade.

Tallahassee Recreation Supervisor Mario Palmentieri says, "It's a Tallahassee tradition, it's great, it's just a wonderful event for people to come down, forget about things that are going on with the economy going on in their lives and just start to celebrate the holiday season."

The fun all begins at 3 p.m.Saturday, December 6th and goes until 10 p.m.

You can also see some of your favorite WCTV personalities in the parade, which steps off at 7:15 p.m.
