The Attorney General's Office says it has met with Morgan Stanley, who's subsidiary, TransMontaigne, supplies wholesale gas to stations such as McKenzie Oil Company in Tallahassee on North Monroe. The attorney general says it will continue to meet with Morgan Stanley hoping to avoid litigation, but so far talks with the major corporation have gone well.
