Once class called an A-plus Certification Prep Course teaches almost anyone how to work on computers--and instructors say the results are more than visible.
James Youngblood, a TCC Adjunct Instructor said, "Regardless, whether they're going into computer support or PC technician because it will increase their creditability. The more certifications that you can rattle off to an employer, the happier they'll be."
