This morning was a special moment for one family who lost their son in a motorcycle accident.

The McElhenny family says their loss has been hard to deal with, but now his memory will contribute to saving lives of other motorcyclists.

The statewide motorcycle safety campaign unveiled a billboard featuring the McElhenny's son, Kris McElhenny, who was killed when a driver failed to yield his right of way. In 2005, 4,350 cyclists were killed in vehicle related crashes.

The ceremony included local and state police, bikers, and sponsors of the campaign. The Campaign's goal is to make drivers aware of cyclists by saying, "Be nice, look twice, save a life."
