Pretend Hurricane Amy

Tallahassee's Area Command sent utilities, fire and police departments, and other public works in. In today's scenario, a tree fell on top of a car with a victim dummy inside.

The teams had to move the tree and extract the victim. While the crews were working, actors pretended to be "distracting bystanders." More emergency teams will practice again tomorrow.
