Most of the stage has been built for the big show with country singer Tracy Lawrence and some local bands. There will also be a fireworks display, a Florida Lotto drawing, and naturalization ceremony where 16 people are scheduled to become American citizens.
Although it looks bad outside now, the setup crew is still looking forward to a good day.
The owner of the Production Support Group, Larry Schmidt, said, "We're planning on having a very great event tomorrow ‘cause the rain's going to subside and we're going to be dried out with enough time to do the event tomorrow, so it's going to be great."
The event kicks off at 3:30pm, with shuttles available at 5:00 p.m., the concert at 8:30, and the fireworks at 9:45.
