"FLOW" Florida Mobile Driver's License

Florida License On Wheels, or FLOW, is trying to make it almost that easy. These mobile units are on a "Five Star" tour throughout Florida and one is in Tallahassee at Southwood.

In addition to license renewals, the Five Star Tour will provide everything a normal DMV would, except administer a driver's license test.
