Good Friends Group Fitness Press Release:
Tallahassee, Fl –
Open for only six months, Tallahassee’s newest fitness facility is being a friendly and proactive neighbor. Responding to recent muggings and break-ins in Indianhead Acres and Woodland Drives, Good Friends Group Fitness approached Leon County Sheriff’s Office and both home owners associations and offered to host a free community safety course for all area residents.
“It is unacceptable that members of our community were targets of crime,” said co-owner, Allie Merzer Fleming. “It is our obligation as a neighbor, business owner and family-friendly fitness establishment to provide tools for our members and area residents to protect themselves.”
Area partners for this event include Awards4U, New Leaf Market, the Indianhead Lehigh Neighborhood Association and the Woodland Drives Neighborhood Association.
