A Tallahassee high school is going high tech for its upcoming production of the Who's Tommy.
The show opens at Lincoln High School tonight.
It not only features Who classics like I'm Free and Pinball Wizard; it splashes projections and animation all over the auditorium.
The choral director says he even got a Facebook message from Who guitarist Pete Townshend.
"Break a leg Lincoln and Tallahassee Tommy, and in parentheses it said sounds like Merle Haggard song. So Pete Townshend sent us a shout out, which for me is amazing. He's my idol - this is the music I grew up with," said Scott Leaman, Choral Director.
A guest lighting designer and projection designer are trying to make it an unforgettable show.
It starts tonight at 7:30 in the Lincoln High Auditorium, and you can see it again tomorrow or Saturday, same time.
