Fifty-five year old John Pyle is from Sarasota, Florida. He runs more than 40 miles a day for the Patriot Run Across America.

He stopped in Tallahassee Friday night. He's 66 and about 2,500 miles into his journey raise awareness for the men and women in our military.

"If anybody has any questions about the health of patriotism in this country just grab a flag and run down the street with it one time, you'll see that patriotism is alive and well in this country," says Pyle.

The finish line for this run is in the Florida Keys. When he gets there, Pyle plans to run in the Keys 100 Mile Run. So far, he's run in more than 70 marathons.

The difference between someone who is religous and who is a christian is a christian knows that they are right. His spirits bears witness with our spirit that we are the sons and daughters of God.America is the only nation that folks are trying to get to.America at it's worst is better than most.

Means our homeless beggars are better off than their homeless beggars. And for very many nations, that is very, very true.

Is patriotism good? Why or why not? Isn't it like religion? Christians think they're right; Muslims think they're right; Jews think they're right; atheists think they're right. I'm sure Canadians are patriotic; Frenchmen are patriotic; Russians are patriotic. Egyptians are patriotic. What's good about patriotism?

Yes, because without patriotism you have no country. It's not like religion. Christianity, Islam, and Judaism are religions, atheism is not.

Nor does atheism WANT to be a religion. Just so it can avoid all the silly nonsense related to religion. Case in point: read Cecil Thrift's post.

Atheism is very much a religion for many. Just ask any atheist and they will deny that is so vehemently.

We deny that atheism is a religion, because it's not... By definition it's not...
