Overcoming the Odds; Sportsability 2012

April 12, 2012 - Tallahassee, FL - 11:55pm

The Florida Disabled Outdoors Association is hosting three days of Sportsability. Organizers say people participate in recreational activities are happier people. So they want to give everyone that opportunity.

David Jones is the president of the Florida Disabled Outdoors Association, he says, "Many people need a little help, a little boost, a little support maybe an adaptation of the game or assistance of some need, and that's why we're here to help people."

The fun continues Friday at TCC from 10am to 3pm and on Saturday morning at ten at the Ochlockonee River State Park.
