Classes at Favor Christian Academy raised money by baking cookies and getting donations from local businesses, then purchased presents to give out to those less fortunate.

The students say they are happy to be able to give back to others.

Says 9-year-old Skyler Ortaz, a student at FCA, "Kids that don't have any toys and don't have anything for Christmas deserve it, like everybody else that gets all these toys and presents and have happy homes - and some of them don't even have them, they deserve them."

The gifts will be given out tomorrow (12/24) from noon until 5 PM.

School staff members invite anyone in need of gifts for their children this holiday season to stop by Favor Christian Academy at 507 N. Broad Street, Thomasville during that time and pick up some toys.
