News Release: Tallahassee Police Department
The Tallahassee Police Department and Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare are teaming up to ensure our most precious cargo are safe this holiday season. Together they will be checking your child safety seats to ensure they are installed correctly. This event is a community service to promote awareness and educate our citizens as to the hazards of an improperly installed car seat. Florida law dictates that all children 5 years of age or younger must be in a federally approved child restraint device to provide protection for the child.
Please join us Friday December 6th, 2013 from 10am-Noon at the Walgreens located at 1202 N. Magnolia Drive. There will be an opportunity for on camera interviews and video footage.
