Madison County, FL - On Monday, May 27, 2013 about 60 people gathered in the Four Freedoms Park in downtown Madison to honor those who have died in military service.
Speakers shared stories of duty, commitment, and the loss of special soldiers who made a difference in their lives. It was noted that freedom is not free and we should not forget those who gave all.
Patriotic music and singing was followed by a flag burning ceremony and the playing of "Taps" that ended a very meaningful time for those who took an hour out of their holiday to show they care.
