The North Florida Home Show kicked this morning with a great Saturday turnout. The organizers said they had a record crowd come through the show Friday night as well. Whether you're in the market to build a new home or to re-do the home you have, vendors at the North Florida Home Show were there to help folks out. The event planners say every year the North Florida Home Show has grown and this year is the biggest year to date. "It started 22 years ago and half of this hall was filled the first year. The second year we added a few more booths, it kept getting larger and larger and now we're maxed out. We were completely sold out three weeks before the show opened," Bob Snyder, North Florida Home Show Organizer.

The North Florida Home Show will be open tomorrow from 10A.M. to 5P.M.

Thinking about adding on to your home this spring? Or maybe you're looking to remodel your kitchen.

They you'll want to check out this weekend's North Florida Home Show.

The first day has begun for the North Florida Home Show at the Leon County Civic Center.

Tonight, displays and vendors will remain open until 7pm.

If you can't make it out tonight, don't worry.

The Home Show will be open again starting:

  • Saturday 10am - 7pm

  • Sunday 10am - 5pm

If you're interested in adding a porch or deck to your house, there will be displays.

In fact, organizers say this will be the busiest because of the amount of vendors promoting their products: lawn care, kitchens, pools, spas, etc.

Of course, we'll have more on the Home Show throughout the weekend.
