An FSU student was kidnapped in Tallahassee three years ago today. The men accused of killing him have yet to stand trial.
Vincent Binder disappeared while walking home Apr. 1, 2010.
His body was found nearly a month later in a field in St. Johns County. Three prison escapees are accused of his murder. Binder's friends are anxious for them to stand trial.
“This was something completely random, and it wasn’t his fault, and he’s a great guy…he just needs to be remembered,” Beth Frady, Vincent Binder’s Friend, said. “We’re hoping within this next year that we’ll see a trial, and hopefully justice for Vince.”
Peter Hughes, Kentrell Johnson and Quinten Truehill will be in court this Friday.
Friends hope the judge will finally set a trial date.
