One of Tallahassee's most popular restaurants is being sold.

Eric Favier, the owner of Chez Pierre, says he is in the process of selling the restaurant. Favier, who's owned Chez Pierre for 20 years, says he feels it is finally time for him to move on.

"When we bought Chez Pierre, the goal was 10 years. We're at 20 years. So it's time for me to enjoy life," says Favier.

Favier says he won't know when his final day at the restaurant will be until the sale is complete. But he says the site will continue to operate as a restaurant once it's sold. Favier says he will keep his staff on as long as possible. For now, Favier wants everyone to know that Chez Pierre remains open for business.
