SHREK THE MUSICAL, based on the Oscar®-winning DreamWorks film, is part romance, part twisted fairy tale and all irreverent for everyone featuring a terrific score of 19-all new songs.     The civic center is great for sporting events, but terrible for a play or a concert. In order to be heard, they have to boost the base as loud as in a Buick with 32" wheels.
