Single tickets to 2011-12 Tallahassee Broadway Series go on sale Friday, September 9 at 10am. The Broadway Series includes SHREK THE MUSICAL, IN THE HEIGHTS, RAIN – A TRIBUTE TO THE BEATLES, YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN, AND COME FLY AWAY. Single tickets are priced at $39.25, $42.25, $49.25, $60.00, $69.25, and $78.25. Phone orders, internet sales and tickets at the outlets are subject to service charges. SHREK THE MUSICAL, based on the Oscar®-winning DreamWorks film, is part romance, part twisted fairy tale and all irreverent for everyone featuring a terrific score of 19-all new songs. Shrek, Donkey and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits take on a villain with a SHORT temper to rescue a feisty princess in a faraway kingdom turned upside down in this musical that WWOR-TV proclaims is “Far, far and away the funniest new musical on Broadway!” SHREK THE MUSICAL is November 2 and 3 at 7:30pm.
