FAMU Settles Case With "Big Rattler 77"

An alleged sex tape tainting the image of the FAMU rattlers will not strike again.
In a press conference Wednesday afternoon FAMU officials said the company that created the "Big Rattler 77" sex tape, R.K. Media, settled in court for $105,000.
The company will also have to pay FAMU's $15,000 legal fees for the lawsuit, that claimed the company wrongfully used the rattler image.
The money will go towards two full scholarships.
R.K. media says the adult film was NOT shot on FAMU's campus and in a press released they regret making the video and apologized for what they did.
