TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- The City of Tallahassee has begun posting documents related to a third federal subpoena online.
The subpoena was issued back in September and demanded documents relating to City Commissioner Scott Maddox and several of his close business associates including CEO of the Downtown Improvement Authority Paige Carter-Smith, political consultant Gary Yordon and Maddox's city aide Allie Fleming.
The city ultimately turned over about 150,000 documents.
Now, the city is beginning to post those on its transparency web page, which already includes 90,000 documents demanded in an initial two federal subpoenas. So far, only a small portion of the 150,000 documents are accessible.
The latest data dump includes thousands of emails related to the accounts of Yordon and Carter-Smith.
The posting comes one week after a federal search warrant, which named Carter-Smith and Maddox, was accidentally made public. The warrant lays out accusations of bribery and conspiracy.
