TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) — The City of Tallahassee and the Community Redevelopment Agency have delivered all records to the FBI requested in two federal subpoenas.
The documents consisted of 90,000 pages and span over a five year period. The two subpoenas, which were dated on June 13, demanded documents and communication related to a list of power players in Tallahassee. Among the documents turned over were emails, reports, financial data and more.
The City said it took 100 hours to comply the documents.
Although the subpoenas said the documents were due by July 11 at 9 a.m., the City said it was coordinating with the FBI and delivered everything within an agreed upon time frame.
