TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- The nine men arrested in connection to the death of fraternity pledge Andrew Coffey will have their first day in court this week.

Seven of the nine suspects will have case management at 9 a.m. on Friday. All seven have already pleaded not guilty.

The remaining two suspects will have their arraignments at 10 a.m Friday.

State Attorney Jack Campbell said Monday that he has combined the cases, meaning all nine suspects will be tried as a group.

The Pi Kappa Phi fraternity members have been charged with college hazing causing injury or death. Andrew Coffey, 20, died of alcohol poisoning following a party on November 3.
