FSU student arrested on felony drug charges

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- A Florida State University student has been arrested on felony drug charges, accused of selling marijuana near campus.

Nicholas Green, 21, was taken into custody by FSU Police on Wednesday.

Green is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell and selling of marijuana within 200 feet of a university.

FSU officials confirmed to WCTV that Green has been a student at the university since the summer of 2014.

Green was booked into the Leon County Detention Facility. He is free on $10,000 bond.
