TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- One FSU student set out to break a world record during this past weekend's Tallahassee Marathon and, despite falling short, doesn't regret his attempt.
Trevor Sununu set out to break the Guiness World Record for the fastest marathon in a business suit, but missed the record. He told WCTV that he's not sad about it.
"Because most people think you have to set a goal, it has to be some really high bar, and a really professional thing," he said. "But if you just set a goal, let it be something fun, silly, no matter what.
"If you set out to try and achieve something, doesn't matter if it's a little silly, you still accomplished something. That's what's fun," Sununu continued.
In total, 153 people finished the full marathon and 700 people completed the half marathon.
