TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Seminole and Gator fans can agree on one thing this week- that their match-up game is unlike any other.

The in-state rivals will meet Saturday at Ben Hill Griffin stadium, but the excitement is already building for fans.

"It's just that game you know, it's the UM game and then the FSU- Florida game's always important, and it's bragging rights," said FSU fan Shannon Sullivan, "This will be going for five straight if we beat them tomorrow."

Some fans say that since both teams are coming off disappointing seasons, that the stakes are even higher.

"I think it's bigger this year, because of the fact that they've had a rough year," said Florida State alum Jackie McMillan, "Seminole fans really want Seminoles to show out, to show up, and to give them all that they need to give them."

Both teams are 4-6 this season. The Seminoles need to win this week and next week in order to be bowl eligible.
