TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- The Atlantic Coast Conference has announced next week's game between Florida State and Miami has been rescheduled for October 7.
The schedule change means FSU will not play for a second straight weekend, after their contest with Louisiana-Monroe was cancelled due to concerns over Hurricane Irma.
A second game - Georgia Tech at Miami - was also rescheduled, from October 12 to October 14, to abide by the ACC's scheduling rule that says teams playing on Thursday night to have equal or full rest.
