Gadsden County sets up comfort stations

GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) -- The Gadsden County Board of County Commissioners has established comfort stations for those affected by Hurricane Irma.

Stations will be set up at the following locations:

  • Quincy Senior Citizen's Center - 79 Lesalle Lefall Dr (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
  • Williams A. McGill Library (Quincy) - 732 S. Pat Thomas Pkwy (regular hours)
  • Havana Library - 203 5th Ave E (regular hours)
  • Cowen Public Library (Chattahoochee) - 300 Maple St. (regular hours)

    Officials say these stations can be used for recharging personal items as well as cooling off.
