Man accused of armed robbery at Valdosta beauty supply store

VALDOSTA, Ga. (WCTV) -- Valdosta police say a man has been arrested after robbing a beauty supply store on Friday.

According to the Valdosta Police Department, officers responded to 1003 Madison Highway at Beauty and Things around 10:20 a.m. Friday for an armed robbery.

Police say RaShun Daniels, 25, entered the store with a firearm, pointed it at store employees and demanded money before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police say they later found Daniels' vehicle in the 1300 block of Baymeadows Drive, where he was arrested and taken to the Lowndes County Jail.

Daniels is charged with armed robbery and other charges may be pending, according to VPD.
