Second arrest made in the arson of a Tallahassee thrift store

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- A second arrest has been made after Lighthouse Children's Thrift Store was set on fire last month.

23-year-old Terrell Williams II is being charged with two counts of Burglary of Structure Causing Over $1000 Damages and two counts of Arson of Structure.

21-year-old Johnathan Miller was arrested on Friday. A warrant is still out for a third suspect-- 19-year-old Wateshia Richardson.

Police say the three suspects broke in and burglarized the thrift store before setting it on fire. The fire broke out in the early morning hours on February 21, 2017 and the 9,000 square foot building was a total loss.
