TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- A man is facing human trafficking charges, accused of hiring a 16-year-old boy to do work at his home and then forcing him to take his clothes off.
59-year-old Anthony Skinner was taken into custody on Tuesday.
According to the Tallahassee Police Department, Skinner met the victim at a public library and offered to pay him to do work at his home. The victim said he thought he would be doing yard work or house cleaning.
The victim told police once they arrived at Skinner's apartment, the suspect told him to take off his clothes, and said he would pay him.
The victim said Skinner forced him to have sex and then took pictures of him while he was still naked. The boy told investigators he fled from the apartment after Skinner gave him $30.
Skinner has been charged with human trafficking of a child, promoting the sexual performance of a child and unlawful sex with a minor.
Police say Skinner has a prior conviction for indecent solicitation of a child and is a registered sex offender from Illinois.
