TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Five Florida State fraternity brothers are now slated to stand trial for the hazing death of pledge Andrew Coffey.

A judge has set a June 11 trial date for Pi Kappa Phi brothers Brett Birmingham, Christopher Hamlin, Luke Kluttz, Anthony Petagine and Anthony Oppenheimer.

The four other brothers charged have waived their right to a speedy trial.

All nine fraternity members are accused in the November death of Coffey, who died of alcohol poisoning at an off-campus party.
