Arrest made in Tallahassee shooting that injured two

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- A man has been arrested in connection to a shooting earlier this month in Tallahassee that sent two people to the hospital.

19-year-old Keondrez Woods was taken into custody on Friday.

The Tallahassee Police Department says Woods opened fire on June 12 at the Gibb Mabry Village apartments on Roberts Avenue. Two people suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Woods is being held in the Leon County Detention Facility on charges of armed robbery, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and attempted second degree murder.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- Two people are being treated at a local hospital following a shooting at an apartment complex in Tallahassee.

Officers with the Tallahassee Police Department responded to the Gibb Mabry Village apartments at 2441 Roberts Avenue around 10:15 p.m. Tuesday.

At the scene, officers found two people who were suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

There is no word on the victims' identities, and the police department has not yet released any information on what led up to the shooting.
