JEFFERSON COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) -- The Florida Department of Transportation is advising drivers about intermittent nighttime lane closures on I-10 in Jefferson County.
FDOT says motorists will encounter lane closures near mile marker 233 from 8 p.m. Monday, May 15 to 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 16 for paving operations on the eastbound acceleration and deceleration ramps.
FDOT adds that all planned construction is weather-dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather.
Officials are also warning motorists to pay attention to the speed limit when traveling through the construction area, to watch for construction equipment entering and leaving the roadway, and to use caution when driving through the work zone.
