Asian pineapple with mango & papaya meatballs



Ingredients

15oz. Kona Coast Pineapple teriyaki sauce
1/2 cup fresh diced mango
1/3 cup fresh diced papaya
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1.5 tsp. Cinnamon
1 package all natural Meatballs
1 package butter leaf lettuce

Directions

combine teriyaki sauce, fruits, juice, and spices in sauce pan. Cook on Medium-low heat approximately 5-10 min. Add Meatballs and stir. Cover and allow to simmer on low heat for approximately 20-30 min. Allow to cool before serving on a bed of fresh, cold butter leaf lettuce
