1 package mini phyllo cups
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
1/4 cup pecan pieces
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup honey, plus more for drizzle
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
DirectionsPreheat oven to 350°F.
Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
Mix pistachios, walnuts, almonds, pecans, melted butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl until evenly combined. Spoon 2-3 teaspoons of nut mixture into each phyllo cup until filled.
Bake 10 minutes or until nuts are fragrant and lightly toasted.
Remove from oven, transfer baklava to serving platter, and drizzle with extra honey before serving. Serve warm.
