1 Stick, plus 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
12 ozs. semisweet chocolate
1 ½ cups sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
2/4 teaspoons salt
2/3 cup flour
2 medium bananas (approx. 2 cups) mashed
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Directions1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Line an 13x9” pan with parchment paper or spray pan with cooking/baking spray (I prefer the baking spray with flour in it).
3. Microwave butter and chocolate in 30 seconds increments, stirring in between, until smooth.
4. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, bananas, and salt. Mix until blended well.
5. Mix in flour.
6. Mix in Macadamia nuts.
7. Pour the batter into pan. Bake 35 - 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Cool before cutting.
