Bertha's Quick & Easy Vanilla Butter Pound Cake




Ingredients

3 cups of Swans Down cake flour
3 cups of sugar
3 large eggs(4-eggs if you want it rise more)(Room temperature)
2-sticks of real butter(1 cup)(Room temperature)
1-cup of milk
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1-teaspoon of baking powder
1-teaspoon of Vanilla flavoring
1-teaspoon of Butter flavoring
1-Flour-Based Cooking Spray

Utensils:
2- bowls...(1-large, 1-medium)
1- Measuring cup
1-Mixer
1-Bunt Cake pan

Directions

Set Conventional Oven to 325-degrees

In A Large Bowl:
Place Sugar, Butter, and Oil and mix to a creamy consistency.
In the same bowl, add one egg at a time into mixture...cream and repeat

In Medium bowl
Mix Flour and Baking Powder

In Measuring cup
Combine Milk, Vanilla & Butter Flavoring;

Making The Cake:
In your large bowl(with the already mixed, sugar, eggs and butter)...
Rotate Adding Flour and Milk Mixtures...
(Don't pour in all at once, but adding a little bit of each...mixing and then repeating this process until complete)

Spray Bunt Pan with flour mixture
Pour mixture into pan
Bake for 1-hour and then stick long wooden toothpick in center of cake to see if it's done.
If toothpick comes out clean...cake is ready, remove from oven;
Cool cake in pan on a wire rack for 1-hour;
Flip and Serve.
