Chef Reshard’s Signature Cajun Bayou Pasta



Ingredients

Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 2 teaspoons
Shrimp – 4oz
Alligator Chunks – 4oz
Diced Onions – 3 teaspoons
Diced Tomatoes – 3 teaspoons
Diced Bell Peppers – 2 teaspoon
Sliced Scallions – 3 teaspoons (reserve 1 teaspoons)
Cajun Bayou Sauce – 1 ½ Cups
Penne Pasta – 8oz
Shredded Parmesan – 1/3 Cup

Directions

1. Heat olive oil in skillet
2. Add shrimp & alligator, saute 3-5 minutes
3. Add vegetables & saute
4. Pour in the sauce and allow to come to a simmer
5. Add Pasta , allowing sauce to thicken.
6. Plate & garnish with parmesan and reserved scallions
